The Pendock Ducting range of screed duct and trunking uses a two-part system, which combines a pre-formed metal tray and plywood cover that enables pipework, electrical cabling and other utilities to be readily concealed whilst being easily accessible.

Manufactured from 22-gauge (0.76mm) hot dipped galvanised mild steel (to BS 2989: 1982 class Z2), the metal tray incorporates return flanges along each side, which support the 12mm thick decorative plywood cover (to BS 1203: 1979), so that it is flush with the finished floor level.

Our screed ducting and trunking range is designed to be fixed to the surface of the sub-floor before screeding, which allows access to pipes and cabling for inspection and routing maintenance.

Available in standard sizes to suit screed depths of 50mm and 70mm for the FDT range and 35mm or 70mm for MCFDT, non-standard floor ducting can be supplied to virtually any size, with no minimum order quantity. Complementary pipe boxing and casings are also available within the Pendock Profiles range.
