Our boiler pipe casings not only conceal unsightly boiler pipework, valves, filters and flues, but also provide an attractive, practical and ‘easy-fit’ ‘solution for any boiler, heating system and kitchen upgrades or planned social housing refurbishment programmes.
As our boiler pipe casings are manufactured from pre-formed plywood with white, resin impregnated décor paper or laminated finishes, they are quick and cost effective to install, taking less than half the time of site-made alternatives with no need for painting.
Access for gas safety checks, routine inspection or boiler maintenance can be carried out easily, as they can be free-standing or secured with screws or mastic sealant, making them simple to remove, re-use and refit.
Four boiler pipe casing options are available, which include two jointed designs – one for on-site assembly and one that is supplied pre-assembled – together with a joint-less one piece casing and a bespoke option, where the casings are manufactured by Pendock to exact project specifications.
All casings can be supplied in a standard depth, width and height of 200mm x 400mm x 500mm, respectively, as well as 2500mm and 3000mm length options for cutting on-site. Bespoke sizes are also available along with a range of accessories including access panels, screw and caps.
